| 24 hours before the day of service. All attempts will be made to accommodate late bookings.Your service can be transferred to anyone as long as you transfer it within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. |

Cancellation Policy |
|
| Cancellations must be made within 48 hours. Refunds are made, however, a 25% fee is charged for administrative services and staffing change outs. If you cancel less than 48 hours you will be charged 50%. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged a full fee. |
